I have been associated with Boat Butler since 2017 when I purchased my Tiara 3000 Open. I inquired to Seth (who was employed at the dealer), “who could I get to help with really learning the ins and outs of a boat?’ I had previously owned a center console with outboards, so my new purchase was a completely new experience. He suggested Connor Thomas at Boat Butler! From that day on, my relationship has been nothing but completely exemplary.
I know nothing about care of inboards, other than where they are. Boat Butler cares for all aspects from spring commissioning, to summer/fall ongoing care, to winter storage and repair upgrades (that we talk about BEFORE being done), plus they provide detailed proposal for everything involved. It will never vary unless we review and I approve it. As it is a 16-year old boat, little things will pop up with it. Seth, Marc and team are always ready to help out when needed.
As a senior, I need to feel confident that boat will perform as I need when I have family and friends onboard. Not only do they make sure it performs as expected, it looks “new” based on their ‘weekly wash ‘program. Mia and her team wash and detail beautifully with a great deal of pride in their jobs. I look at this not only as pride of ownership, but a protection of our investment.
As business owner, in a business that relies on service for close to 50 years, I understand service. The process is as important as the product, if it has been difficult to get to what you need that dulls experience somewhat. Boat Butler understands that and does everything to make sure that its a positive experience. If and when something isn’t perfect, they will, without excuses “get on it”.
As long as I have a boat and there is a Boat Butler, I feel confident we will continue our relationship.
